I personally use Windows Live Writer. It’s free, simple to use, and has some pretty cool features and adapts to using Blogger really well. You can preview the entry before actually posting (in HTML, edit, and preview views) and it will automatically log you in, post the message, and then log you back out when you decide to publish. You can also save the drafts locally to your computer before publishing. And it works on both XP and Vista.
